What's Not Covered?

While our Maintenance Packs cover a wide range of services, some exclusions apply.

  • Failing to properly maintain or use the vehicle may lead to issues not covered.
driver error iconDriver Error
  • Leaving the lights on and draining the battery is not included.
misfuelling iconMisfuelling
  • Filling your vehicle with the wrong type of fuel is not covered.
oil iconOil Top-Ups
  • Oil top-ups outside of routine servicing are excluded.
missed service iconMissed Servicing
  • Any warrantable items invalidated due to missed servicing will not be covered.
damaged iconMissing & Damaged Items
  • Lost or damaged parts are not covered under the plan.
breakdown iconBreakdown Tyre Changes
  • If a space-saver wheel is needed, this is not included.
clutch iconClutch Wear Under 75,000 Miles
  • Clutches should last over 75,000 miles under normal driving conditions.
flywheel iconFlywheels, DPF, & Catalytic Converters
  • These components should not require replacement under normal use.
glass iconGlass & Windows
  • Glass and windscreen damage should be covered by your insurance provider.
